dr. fleischer took this today and emailed it to us! i LOVE this place. the dr was so anxious to start food trialing that he just handed him an apple right there in his office! of course, i was like "i don't have my camera!" so he pulled out his phone. i love this place..
apples are a GO people. i could cry. and i did. tomorrow is the rest of the fruits. :)

APPLES!!! Do you know how much yummy goodness you can make with apples!?!
i have recipes galore to give you. Sweets! You can also take ground turkey, make it into a nugget shape, dip it in brown rice flour, fry it up, and voila, you have a nugget, no egg or flax needed. Emily came up w/ these and Cooper loves em! Oh and I just posted a smoothie and ice pop recipe with carrot juice. You can u se that, apple, a few scoops of elecare. Great way to get them to drink it. If your lonely or bored, give me a call. I'm so excited and would love to talk!
